The description says “…FEEL FREE to use this tribal for anything you wish, personal and/or COMMERCIAL”,

The license states “…NONCOMMERCIAL…”

SO… WHICH IS WHICH??? IS IT FREE FOR COMMERCIAL USE OR NOT???
